Role Overview
The E3– Electrical role is responsible for taking on advanced responsibilities in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building management systems.
This position is designed for individuals with substantial experience who are ready to lead tasks and mentor junior apprentices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- The following are required skills and qualifications:
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in electrical systems and building management installations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- Must be able to do prolonged periods of, standing, kneeling, bending
- Must be able to work safely on a ladder.
- Occasional exposure to outside weather on job sites.
- Ability to walk job sites for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift at least 35 lbs. solo and 50 lbs. in tandem lifts.
