The position is primarily remote across Canada, with occasional client-site travel; candidates should be near convenient access to a major Canadian airport.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements, complex interface architecture and technical design, and issue resolution.
- Define and manage integration scope for Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid HR deployments.
- Design and integrate HR landscapes across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA HCM, UKG, and WorkForce Software.
- Plan implementations, gather workshop requirements, and advise on leading practices.
- Manage integration development and coordinate offshore configuration teams.
- Lead testing, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
- Define system architecture, drive operational improvements, develop business cases, and track outcomes.
- Build client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and mentor junior colleagues.
Required experience and expertise
- At least 4 years in client-facing roles leading complex interface design and architecture and managing technical issues and risks.
- Proven SuccessFactors integration consulting experience on HR transformation projects, including Core-Hybrid and Talent-Hybrid deployments.
- Experience with BIB integrations to S/4HANA HCM and HR InfoPorter frameworks.
- Hands-on SuccessFactors API and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) interface development and management.
- Proficiency in XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 4 days a week when client needs require it.
Preferred qualifications
- French fluency is preferred but not mandatory.
- SAP ABAP, SAP Basis and Security, Employee Central, SAP HCM, and middleware experience are preferred.
- Experience with S/4HANA HCM and integrations involving UKG, ADP, WorkForce Software, Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
