Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Success Manager (ERP Implementation)** to lead customer onboarding, system implementation, and long-term client success initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong ERP/system implementation experience, preferably within the education or EdTech sector, along with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation and onboarding processes
  • Manage successful ERP/system implementation and ensure smooth customer adoption
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions, training, and best-practice guidance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Conduct regular client meetings, progress reviews, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Resolve operational and system-related issues proactively
  • Prepare reports, implementation updates, and customer success documentation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, ERP systems, and education technology developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum **5 years of experience in systems/ERP implementation**
  • Experience within the **EdTech or education industry is highly preferred**
  • Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel (mandatory)**
  • Knowledge of **AI tools and technologies**
  • Knowledge of **MySQL is an advantage**
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team environment
  • Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
