- We are looking for experienced Proposal Engineers and a Proposal Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Candidates with strong experience in construction, civil, or precast companies are highly preferred.
- The role involves managing the subcontracting process from tender stage through award, including reviewing tender documents, preparing and issuing subcontract inquiries, and evaluating technical and commercial submissions. The candidate will coordinate closely with estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams to finalize subcontract scope, terms, and pricing. Responsibilities include conducting negotiations, preparing subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements, and maintaining subcontract documentation. The position also requires managing subcontract timelines, handling clarifications and variations, and providing ongoing support during project execution. For the Subcontracts Manager role, responsibilities include leading the subcontracts team, overseeing multiple packages, and ensuring effective subcontract strategy and performance across projects.
