Role Overview
The Style Advisor works in the Chicago Boutique to deliver personalized luxury shopping experiences reflecting Zegna heritage and craftsmanship.
The role works with the General Manager and store team to build customer relationships, support operations, and protect the brand.
Customer and Sales Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable in-store experiences by following the Zegna Selling Flow and embodying the Zegna Mindset.
- Build new and existing client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and engagement and create curated total looks for customer needs and occasions.
- Promote Made to Measure services and use digital tools and storytelling to create an integrated luxury experience.
Service and Store Operations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while following policies for alterations, repairs, and returns.
- Maintain product, craftsmanship, fabric, Made to Measure, clienteling, CRM, and after-sales service knowledge.
- Track conversion, cross-selling, average sales bill, and other sales and service KPIs.
- Share customer insights, product feedback, and store updates with the team.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales environments is required.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms is required.
- A deep understanding of clienteling and customer relationship development is required.
- Emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building ability are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A commitment to personal growth and continuous learning is required.
