Role overview
Supervise and support students during non-classroom periods and across designated school areas.
Student supervision and safety
- Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, breaks, lunch, transitions, events, activities, trips, and assemblies as required.
- Enforce school rules and behavioral expectations; maintain safe, orderly areas and monitor movement around the school.
- Respond to conflicts, behavioral concerns, accidents, and emergencies; assist with evacuation and lockdown procedures as directed.
- Record incidents and observations, and communicate student-related matters to school staff or parents when authorized.
Safeguarding responsibilities
- Follow school safeguarding and child protection policies and report concerns through approved channels.
- Maintain professional boundaries and handle student information confidentially.
- Participate in safeguarding and other mandatory school training.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
