Performance is evaluated on student satisfaction, issue resolution, relationship management, and monthly enrollment targets.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and act as the main contact for concerns, queries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with trainers, branch staff, and management to resolve student issues promptly; follow up to ensure students feel supported.
- Monitor student satisfaction and maintain positive communication.
- Encourage student referrals and achieve assigned monthly enrollment targets through referrals.
- Maintain records of student feedback, concerns, follow-ups, and referrals.
Candidate requirements
- Experience in customer service, student relations, client coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; a friendly, patient, approachable, and professional manner.
- Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships; good organization and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working toward monthly enrollment targets.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- UAE-based candidates with relevant experience are preferred.
