Lead the admissions and sales team to drive student enrollments, improve lead conversion, achieve sales targets, and deliver consistent results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor daily sales and admissions team performance.
- Set daily and monthly sales targets and ensure admission and revenue goals are achieved.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and collections.
- Guide the team in student counselling, sales techniques, and lead conversion.
- Review individual performance and provide regular coaching and support.
- Follow up on important or high-potential leads and assist with closing admissions.
- Increase enrollments through referrals, promotions, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports and update management.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office on performance, lead quality, and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, approved pricing, and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, competitive, performance-driven sales environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, Admissions Team Leader, or in a similar role.
- Education, training, or target-driven sales experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and student counselling skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and admission targets.
- Strong understanding of lead follow-up and conversion strategies.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
