Newton Training Center seeks a driven, customer-oriented Student Enrollment & Sales Executive for its training programs.
The role converts prospective student enquiries into admissions through sales outreach, follow-up, and enrollment support.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Manage incoming student enquiries and proactively reach out to potential learners.
- Promote courses by explaining course details, benefits, and enrollment procedures.
- Generate admissions through telecalling, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups; guide prospects toward suitable programs.
- Work toward individual sales goals and monthly enrollment targets; maintain lead communications to improve conversion.
- Update lead databases, admission records, and follow-up activities accurately; follow prospects through enrollment.
- Collaborate with the branch team, track sales and conversion progress, and report pending leads to management.
Qualifications and skills
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and convert enquiries into customers.
- Educational sales, student recruitment, or training course promotion experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills; able to manage a high volume of calls and multiple prospects.
- Strong follow-up habits, time management, and a results-oriented approach.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates based in the UAE with relevant sales experience are preferred.
Performance expectations
Performance is assessed on monthly target achievement, lead conversion, follow-up effectiveness, and contribution to student admissions.
