Overview
As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will contribute directly to CUD s student enrollment objectives.
You will represent the university at various touchpoints, from school visits to campus tours and recruitment events, while maintaining a strong lead pipeline through CRM and supporting conversion efforts from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct school visits and presentations to promote CUD programs and values.
- Organize and lead engaging campus tours for prospective students and their families.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counselors and academic decision-makers.
- Represent CUD at education fairs, exhibitions, and recruitment events across the UAE.
- Use Oracle CRM to manage leads, track performance, and execute targeted communications.
- Follow up with prospective students and admitted-not-registered applicants to support enrollment.
- Assist in planning and executing Open House events and campus-based recruitment activities.
- Provide regular recruitment performance updates and reports to the management team.
