At ESAW Premium Student Living, we're looking for an energetic, people-focused professional who can create an exceptional student experience and build a vibrant international community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging social, cultural, sports and wellbeing events.
- Build a welcoming and inclusive student community.
- Increase resident engagement and participation.
- Organise student onboarding and community initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with universities, student clubs and local businesses.
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets and suppliers.
- Collect resident feedback and continuously improve the student experience.
- Support marketing by creating engaging event content and community stories.
Requirements
- 3–5 years' experience in events, hospitality, community management or student services.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Creative, proactive and highly organised.
- Experience working in multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
