As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and driven
Business Development Executive
to help strengthen our university partnerships, grow our network of education agents and contribute to the continued success of the ESAW brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and education institutions.
- Build and manage partnerships with education agents and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to occupancy growth.
- Represent ESAW at education fairs, networking events and industry functions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and brand awareness activities.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations and reports.
- Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure an exceptional student experience.
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with partners through regular engagement and follow-up.
What We'Re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships or Sales.
- Experience within education, student accommodation, hospitality or real estate is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
