Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to enquiries via WhatsApp, email and phone.
  • Follow up with prospective students and parents throughout the booking journey.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent customer service.
  • Schedule property viewings and virtual tours.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and booking documentation.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to maximise lead conversion.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the ESAW brand.
  • We're looking for someone who:
  • ✔ Has 3+ years of experience in sales, admissions, hospitality or customer service.
  • ✔ Has excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • ✔ Is organised, proactive and customer-focused.
  • ✔ Speaks and writes English fluently (additional languages are an advantage).
  • ✔ Enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
