The role supports structural engineering, building inspections, technical assessments, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support structural engineering and building inspection activities.
- Review structural drawings, reports, calculations, and technical documents.
- Conduct or coordinate building inspections, condition assessments, and defect reviews.
- Identify structural issues and recommend repair or improvement solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Support structural design, construction, site inspections, and technical reviews.
- Ensure work meets relevant building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports, technical documentation, and project updates.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering, building inspection, or construction.
- Knowledge of structural design, building inspection, construction, and defect assessment.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, structural software, or related tools is preferred.
- Communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, or building projects is preferred.
