Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assess CRM systems, customer journeys, and workflows to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Develop improvements aligned with sales, marketing, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Design AI-agent uses including lead qualification, customer support assistance, workflow orchestration, and routine task automation.
• Coordinate CRM integrations with AI tools, APIs, knowledge bases, and business applications.
• Translate process needs into technical specifications and implementation plans; improve CRM data quality, segmentation, reporting, and information management.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, monitoring, and refinement of AI agents and automated workflows.
• Establish human-review checkpoints, access controls, data protection practices, and performance monitoring.
• Track efficiency, response times, adoption, customer experience, and automation outcomes.
• Prepare project updates, documentation, training materials, and improvement recommendations; support change management and adoption.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in CRM management, digital transformation, business analysis, workflow automation, or technology implementation is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent CRM platforms.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and API integrations.
• Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar tools are advantageous.
• Analytical, process-mapping, project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and independent-work skills.
• Awareness of data privacy, information security, AI governance, and responsible automation.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
