Role Overview
Sumanam Engineering Services Consultant is looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler with strong expertise in structural steel and rebar detailing.
The role joins a growing team and focuses on structural BIM modeling and detailed drawing production.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Structural BIM Modeling.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel detailing and reinforcement (rebar) detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure and relevant BIM tools.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and prepare accurate 3D models and detailed drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and construction documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Masters in Structural Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Structural BIM Modeling experience of 5 years required.
- English language required.
Compensation
- Pay from ₹70,000.00 per month.

Work Location
- Work location is in person.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala is required.
Responsibilities
- Interpret structural drawings and prepare accurate 3D models and detailed drawings
- Perform structural steel detailing and reinforcement (rebar) detailing
- Produce structural BIM models using Revit Structure and relevant BIM tools
- Support BIM coordination and construction documentation
