Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Revit MEP models for electrical and mechanical systems according to project standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services for clash-free design output.
• Conduct model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes.
• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and discipline leads to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and submission logs.

Required Qualification and Experience

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling.
• A diploma, B.E., or B.Tech qualification is listed, with the detailed qualification specifying Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
• Good command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
• Revit MEP certification is required.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD 100–500 standards is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.
