Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update Revit MEP models for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems under guidance.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models and assist with clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
• Prepare basic layouts, shop drawings, schedules, and model documentation from project design inputs.
• Follow BIM Execution Standards, modeling guidelines, LOD requirements, and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate with BIM Modelers, Design Engineers, and Project Managers and complete assigned tasks within timelines.
• Maintain model accuracy, drawing revisions, file organization, and submission records.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Completed certification training in BIM Modelling and required REVIT MEP Certification.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
• Good command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.

Preferred Qualification

• Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD 100–500 standards is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month.

Location and Commute

• Work location: In person in Kowdiar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting work.
