Overview
We are seeking a
high-impact Strategic Project Manager
to work directly with the
CEO / Chairmans Office
, driving enterprise-level initiatives from strategy through execution.
This is a
senior strategic execution role
, ideal for professionals who have previously worked within a
CEO Office, MD Office, Chairmans Office, Strategy Office, or Corporate Planning function
, and understand how to operate at the intersection of
strategy, governance, and execution excellence
.
This is
not a traditional project management role
it requires a leader who can think strategically like the executive office and execute with operational precision.
Strategic Execution & Leadership Alignment
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives originating from the CEO/Chairman s Office
- Translate leadership vision into structured execution roadmaps, programs, and measurable milestones
- Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives across business units and functions
Cross-Functional Program Delivery
- Collaborate with business heads, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure execution
- Manage complex, cross-functional transformation and business initiatives
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks
Executive Reporting & Governance
- Prepare high-quality executive presentations, dashboards, and board-level updates
- Support leadership reviews, steering committees, and strategic decision-making forums
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program status and outcomes
Strategic Planning & Transformation Support
- Support enterprise-wide strategic planning and transformation programs
- Contribute to new business initiatives, expansion strategies, and organizational priorities
- Act as a trusted extension of the leadership team, ensuring execution discipline across the organization
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience working in a CEO / Chairman / MD Office, Strategy Office, or Corporate Planning function
- Strong background in strategic execution, business operations, or enterprise program management
- Experience managing high-visibility initiatives with CXO-level stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
