About This Role

Role Purpose

The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and adherence to defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. The role will serve as a central coordination point between business units and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, including timelines, milestones, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery
• Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans
• Prepare and present periodic project updates, reports, and executive dashboards to senior management
• Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines
• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards

Candidate Requirements

• 6–10+ years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, or strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and execution discipline
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project reporting tools and executive-level presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent, is preferred
