Job Purpose

The Strategic Projects & Innovation Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving, coordinating, and monitoring all aquaculture-related strategic initiatives across Aqua Bridge Holding. The role serves as a central interface between executive management, internal departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of projects aligned with corporate strategy, innovation goals, and sustainability standards.

This position requires a technically competent aquaculture professional with strong project coordination capabilities and exposure to modern aquaculture technologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end execution of aquaculture projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between the CEO’s Office, technical teams, consultants, and external partners.
• Support the planning, development, and implementation of innovative aquaculture systems, including RAS, offshore farming, and sustainable aquaculture solutions.
• Monitor project progress, prepare executive-level reports, and present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and sustainability standards applicable to aquaculture operations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between operations, procurement, finance, and technical teams.
• Coordinate with technology providers for integration of automation, IoT, and smart aquaculture solutions.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on global aquaculture trends, innovations, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project records, and communication logs.
• Support strategic planning, feasibility studies, and business case development for new aquaculture initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field (mandatory).
• Master’s Degree or professional certification in Aquaculture Management, Sustainable Aquaculture, or Project Management is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in aquaculture operations, project coordination, or aquaculture technology implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in handling aquaculture projects (hatchery, grow-out systems, RAS, or marine aquaculture).

Technical Competencies

• Strong knowledge of aquaculture systems, including hatchery operations, water quality management, fish health, and feed management.
• Familiarity with Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS), biosecurity protocols, and sustainable aquaculture practices.
• Exposure to aquaculture technology integration (automation, sensors, IoT-based monitoring systems).
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, environmental compliance, and sustainability standards in aquaculture.

Language Requirement

• Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) , Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership and handle strategic-level responsibilities.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
