Role overview

Join CommBank's Consumer Finance Future Experiences & Growth team to develop premium customer experiences, propositions, and strategic partnerships.

Help build a premium card experience through distinctive brands, benefits, and experiences that deepen engagement and create customer value.

The role

  • Identify and secure partnerships that strengthen the premium card proposition; develop customer offers, benefits, and experiences.
  • Negotiate commercial arrangements, build business cases, and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology to implement partnerships and bring customer benefits to market.
  • Manage partner performance, optimize customer and commercial outcomes, and turn customer insights into growth initiatives.

Experience and capabilities

  • Experience in partnerships, proposition, product, commercial growth, or strategic alliance roles.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and managing commercial partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and influencing capability.
  • Experience developing offers, benefits, propositions, or experiences and taking ideas through implementation and customer delivery.
  • Customer and commercial mindset, with the ability to balance growth, customer outcomes, and risk.
  • Experience in cards, payments, loyalty, rewards, travel, retail, hospitality, premium propositions, or related customer engagement environments.

Success in the role

Create partnerships that differentiate the premium card offering, launch valued customer experiences, and deliver measurable growth in engagement, loyalty, and spend.
