The team provides expertise, guidance, and technology governance to delivery teams, contributes to roadmaps and standards, and oversees implementation.
Experience and qualifications
- Proven experience developing and maintaining mobile applications (iOS/Android) and/or .NET solutions.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, with in-depth knowledge of mobile development and/or .NET frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with database design, optimization, and integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders; demonstrated leadership driving projects from concept to delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and commitment to keeping technical skills current.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications and/or .NET-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to deliver software products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
