Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to strengthen client engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and business opportunities, define account strategies, and drive revenue growth and market share expansion within key clients.
  • Gain deep insights into customers’ requirements, and collaborate with regional sales and solutions teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead or participate in end-to-end project management, including project initiation, solution design, bidding, and delivery, ensuring efficient execution through cross-functional coordination.
  • Engage with government entities and relevant authorities to support project approvals, compliance, and policy alignment.
  • Oversee project bidding and execution processes, ensuring strong alignment with regional teams and successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate project commercialization by leveraging or connecting with financing resources (e.g., banks, investors, financial institutions).
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and policy developments, providing strategic insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Arabic national preferred), with strong English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development (preferably in renewable energy, power equipment, or energy storage industries).
  • Proven experience in managing full project lifecycles, including development, bidding, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with government engagement processes and regulatory environments in the Middle East.
  • Experience in project financing, investment, or financial structuring is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Middle East countries to support business development and project execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and capable of working effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
