Role Purpose

Supporting accounts in Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait (Utility focus).

Strategic Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and other key sector stakeholders

Negotiate agreements and contracts to ensure successful long-term business partnerships

Act as the primary point of contact for clients in strategic projects

Business Development

Design and implements commercial strategies to expand the company's presence in targeted markets

Identify and develop new opportunities in solar energy, storage, and hybrid solutions

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for competitive positioning

Project Management

Capability to oversee all project stages from bidding through implementation and delivery

identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks

Company Representation

Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and energy sector events

Participate in networking activities to strengthen the company's visibility and create new opportunities

Market Performance Management And International Coordination

Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives and ongoing projects, implementing strategic adjustments when necessary

Collaborate with international teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with global objectives

Degree

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields (MBA preferred)

Skills & Requirements

In-depth understanding of photovoltaic systems, energy storage solutions (ESS)

Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment, self-starter, independent, ownership, results-oriented, team player, and attentive to details

Effective communication and strong organization skill

Willingness to travel frequently across GCC

Experience

4+ years of proven experience as account manager, in the PV and/or ESS sector

Nice-To-Have

Existing relationship with utility companies in Oman, Bahrain & Kuwait
