Role Description
The Strategic Account Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
This role is responsible for managing and growing key relationships with sponsors, partners, and high-value attendees to ensure long-term engagement with Money Monday Dubai events.
Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective strategic accounts, conducting outreach, negotiating partnership terms, and maintaining regular communication to understand client needs.
The Strategic Account Manager will coordinate with event organizers to tailor offerings for strategic partners, track account performance, and provide feedback to improve services and event experiences.
The role also involves attending selected events in person, representing Money Monday Dubai professionally, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or client relationship management within events, networking, or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present value propositions clearly to diverse business professionals.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts, follow up consistently, and meet agreed targets in a part-time schedule.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including in-person participation at Dubai-based events and remote coordination from home.
- Familiarity with sectors such as Web3 and blockchain, Forex trading, IT, or finance is an advantage, along with an interest in professional networking.
- Proficiency in common office and CRM tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records of account activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
