Role Description
The Channel Development Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site event presence and work-from-home responsibilities.
This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners who can help promote and grow Money Monday Dubai’s networking events and related services.
The Channel Development Manager will develop business plans for channel expansion, coordinate joint marketing activities, and maintain strong relationships with partners and key accounts.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new partners, managing partner performance, tracking sales and engagement results, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and value delivery.
The role also includes attending selected events, representing the brand, and gathering feedback from partners to refine channel strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Business Planning and strategic growth skills.
- Candidates should possess experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners.
- Candidates should possess Account Management and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Previous experience in events, networking communities, or B2B partnerships is beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and manage multiple stakeholders in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
