Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager will lead sales efforts to drive attendance, sponsorships, and partnerships for Money Monday Dubai’s networking events.

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring close interaction with local businesses and professionals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential sponsors and partners, conducting sales meetings, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role also involves collaborating with event organizers on sales strategies, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and representing Money Monday Dubai at events to build brand presence and deepen client engagement.

The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure sales activities align with the overall growth and positioning of the event.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales management, with experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building.
  • Proven ability in networking and business development, particularly within Dubai’s business community or similar markets.
  • Experience in events, marketing, or hospitality industries, with an understanding of sponsorships and partnership models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse business professionals.
  • Comfort working on-site at events, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity, manage priorities, and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sectors such as Web3, blockchain, Forex trading, IT, or finance is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, preparing proposals, and reporting.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills commonly used in Dubai’s business environment are a plus.
