Role Description

The Strategic Account Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key client accounts in the region.

In this role, the individual will oversee account planning, coordinate with internal teams to deliver agreed services, and monitor performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular client meetings, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resolving issues promptly, and preparing account status reports and forecasts.

The position also involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations to tailor solutions that meet client needs, while maintaining accurate records in CRM and other reporting tools.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of the GCC market and regional business practices; prior experience in Dubai or the wider UAE is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai for part-time hours and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
