Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with employers and partners, and expanding the platform’s presence across the GCC region.
Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating and closing agreements in line with company objectives.
The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, track market trends, and provide feedback to improve products and processes.
The role also involves regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management and account management within recruitment, HR, or related service sectors.
- Solid understanding of the GCC job market, regional business practices, and employer needs across multiple industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and meet part-time targets and deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and standard business productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in business development, recruitment services, or online platforms is highly beneficial.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
