Role Description
This part-time Commercial Manager role is based in Dubai and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial activities, including managing client relationships, supporting contract negotiation, and monitoring financial performance of key accounts.
Daily responsibilities include analyzing commercial data, contributing to business planning, coordinating with internal teams to optimize revenue, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop pricing strategies, identify new business opportunities, and improve commercial processes.
The Commercial Manager will also provide regular reporting on commercial performance and recommend actions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial management skills, including experience in Commercial Management and Business Planning.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast performance, and support decision-making.
- Capability in Team Management to coordinate cross-functional efforts and drive collaborative outcomes.
- Experience in Contract Management, including reviewing, negotiating, and overseeing contract execution.
- Background in commercial or business roles within relevant industries in the Gulf region is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications are beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, demonstrating self-management, time management, and adaptability.
