Are you our next Strategic Account Executive in New York?

The US is Tracksuit's next big chapter. Our US revenue is already about the size of Australia's, and we have a playbook that worked there. What we don't have yet is you, a senior seller who wants to build, not just carry a number.

Your patch is full of large consumer companies that don't have a Tracksuit yet. You will win them through your own outbound, inbound website inquiries and meeting bookings, SDR support, and our Agency Partnerships team and the rooms you walk into at conferences and dinners. You will also have a say in which of those rooms we show up in.

What you'll do

Win new business with enterprise marketing teams (companies with 1,200+ employees), and aim for about $1.5M of new US annual recurring revenue in your first 12 months.

Run your own sales cycle from first message to signed deal. Deals here move fast, often in around 45 days, so you won't get bored.

Work a named patch of accounts, plus inbound leads shared through our deal rotor.

Run sharp discovery calls and demos that tell the story of Tracksuit through the customer's own brand.

Team up with Marketing, Agency Partnerships and executive referrers to open doors.

Help our US Head of Sales shape how we sell as we grow.

What we're looking for

You have owned a pipeline and a number, and you can show us how. Specifically, we'd love to see

A track record of closing six-figure deals regularly, not once in a blue moon

A strategy for outbound that has worked in real life, and ideas for how you would grow pipeline here

Experience selling to large organizations with several people involved in the decision

Examples of working with Marketing, events, partners or executives to bring in business

Typically 7+ years in quota-carrying sales, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, advertising or media (a guide, not a hard line, we care most about what you've done)

A strong network in New York, or a talent for building one fast

Energy for conferences and events, and the confidence to be the face of a fast-growing company

Kind, curious and self-driven

Bonus points if you know market research or the brand and advertising world well.

Your first 90 days

Days 0 to 30. Training, plus some light outreach to your own contacts so you can start talking about Tracksuit in market straight away.

Days 31 to 60. You pick up your patch of accounts and your first inbound leads, working alongside your manager.

From day 61. You run calls on your own, and bring in managers or our Solutions team when they help.

Why you'll love it

Greenfield. Thousands of unowned accounts, plus conferences, dinners and referrer relationships you can shape from scratch.

No minimums. You earn a straight percentage of what you sell, with no achievement hurdle.

Growth with the lights on. We're established in the US, but growing fast and there’s still opportunity to help build the US playbook.

Great people. A supportive, ambitious team, and marketing and partnerships colleagues who will feed your pipeline.
