About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Storekeeper to manage daily inventory operations and ensure all stock is properly received, stored, and issued. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and accountability while supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries and invoices
- Ensure proper storage of food, beverage, and operational supplies following hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements daily
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams for stock issuance
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures are always followed
- Keep storerooms clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
- Report damaged, expired, or missing items to management
