We Are Hiring | Storekeeper
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team and support warehouse operations, inventory control, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, quality, and documentation accuracy
- Issue materials based on approved requests and documentation
- Organize, label, and store products according to warehouse standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock cards, and system updates
- Conduct stock counts and support inventory audits
Storage & Compliance
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation
- Ensure proper storage and handling conditions for all products
- Identify and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming items
- Support SFDA and regulatory storage requirements
- Facilitate internal and external inspections and audits
Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare inventory, receiving, and issuing reports
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for dispatch activities
- Support warehouse staff and loaders when required
Safety & Asset Accountability
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and fire regulations
- Safeguard warehouse inventory, assets, tools, and equipment
- Minimize inventory losses, damages, and discrepancies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Inventory accuracy
- FIFO/FEFO compliance
- Stock variance control
- Damage and expiry reduction
- Timeliness and accuracy of transactions and reporting
- Compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards
Authorities
- Receive and issue goods in line with approved procedures
- Update warehouse and inventory systems
- Report discrepancies, shortages, and damages
- Coordinate operational activities with warehouse and logistics teams
