Storekeeper & Operations Assistant role supporting inventory, online orders, store sales, and office operations.
Inventory and stockroom
- Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming inventory; maintain accurate records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Report shortages, damage, and inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Keep stockrooms and storage areas clean, tidy, organized, and safe; complete assigned store cleaning and organizing.
Orders and store operations
- Prepare, organize, pack, and arrange online orders accurately and on time.
- Enter store and online sales invoices in the system.
- Assist with stock transfers, packing, unpacking, labeling, and sorting; support office operations and cover store sales when needed.
Suppliers, supplies, and photoshoots
- Research suppliers, collect quotations, and compare prices, quality, and delivery times.
- Prepare products, props, and materials for photoshoots and return products to their correct locations afterward.
- Purchase office or operational supplies when requested.
Work location
- Work is in person.
- May travel to company branches, offices, warehouses, suppliers, or other work locations when instructed by management.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,300–2,500 per month.
Additional duties
Complete assigned tasks promptly and perform other reasonable work-related duties assigned by management.
