Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare customer and online orders; assist shop customers and support sales.
- Maintain fabric stock, receive and count fabric pieces, and arrange inventory.
- Update stock records and report missing or incorrect items.
- Assist with invoice and data entry when required.
- Keep the shop and stock area tidy and organized; support the team during busy periods.
- Reply to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and assist with orders.
Requirements
- Four years of sales experience in the UAE is stated as required.
- Good English communication and basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable dealing with customers and WhatsApp orders.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, inventory, or customer service is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–2,800 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
