About This Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials/tools for accuracy and quality
  • Record and manage stock levels using inventory systems or manual records
  • Store items/materials in an orderly and accessible manner
  • Issue materials or products as per requisitions or orders from Site
  • Maintain proper documentation of stock movements (inward/outward)
  • Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area
  • Monitor materials stock and report shortages or damages
  • Coordinate with procurement, Site Engineer and internal departments
  • Follow company policies and safety regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management
  • Knowledge of inventory/computer software
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
