Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Clinic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from the moment they arrive at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records in the clinic system
• Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle billing, insurance verification, and basic administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical clinic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with dental software or clinic management systems is an advantage
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
