The Storekeeper manages receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of materials.
- Issue materials against approved requests.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Prepare GRNs, material issue notes, and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of stored materials.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of Storekeeper experience; construction experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
