Role overview
Lead and execute surveying activities on construction projects, ensuring accurate measurements, setting out, and compliance with approved drawings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct land and construction surveys, setting out, and leveling works.
- Establish benchmarks, coordinates, and reference points.
- Review survey drawings and verify site measurements.
- Operate total stations, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare survey reports, records, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure survey work meets project specifications and accuracy requirements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in construction.
- Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and modern surveying equipment.
- Strong knowledge of setting out, leveling, and as-built surveys.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 9,000–10,000 per month.
