Autolink Contracting LLC seeks an experienced Cost Controller to monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost forecasts.
- Track actual costs against approved budgets.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
- Monitor commitments, invoices, and subcontractor costs.
- Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of cost-control experience; construction or engineering experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and cost management systems.
- Good analytical and reporting skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
