We are looking for a skilled **DCDP – Bakery** to support and supervise daily bakery production while maintaining Knot Bakehouse's standards for quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of bakery experience.
- Strong knowledge of bread, pastry, and bakery production.
- Experience leading or training junior team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned bakery production activities.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Assist with production planning and inventory control.
- Train and guide junior bakery staff.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Pay: AED3,100.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
