Knot Bakehouse is looking for an experienced **Chef de Partie (CDP) - Hot Kitchen** to lead a kitchen section and maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a designated kitchen section.
- Ensure food is prepared according to company standards.
- Train and support junior team members.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage control.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in cafés, brunch concepts, bakeries, or casual dining restaurants.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
