Job Purpose
Manage full operations of standard branches, driving sales, customer experience, and operational excellence while meeting company standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve sales targets, improve conversion and ATV, execute promotions, and follow up on sales.
- Deliver customer service, resolve complaints, build relationships, and support retention.
- Supervise the team, manage schedules and productivity, and provide on-floor coaching.
- Manage opening, closing, cleanliness, displays, maintenance, and daily store readiness.
- Maintain product availability, stock accuracy, merchandising, invoicing, and POS standards.
- Monitor insurance transactions, compliance, expenses, cash handling, and closing accuracy.
- Track pending orders and reduce undelivered sales; report store performance and risks.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and operations; maintain timely, accurate reporting.
- Follow company policies and safety, regulatory, and operational standards; execute SVR action items.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong sales and store management skills; ability to lead small teams and drive performance.
- Good understanding of POS, insurance, and store operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making; able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience and Education
- 3–5 years in retail or optical operations.
- Bachelor’s degree; Optics or a related field is preferred.
Language
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
