Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Sales Manager based in Riyadh.
The Store Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the sales team, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Other responsibilities include setting sales goals, analyzing performance metrics, implementing strategies to meet targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout in accordance with brand standards.
Additionally, the manager will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service skills to drive store performance and enhance customer satisfaction
- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff scheduling
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management and store operations
- Proficiency in sales technology, tools, and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Analytical skills to assess sales trends and develop strategies for improvement
- Prior experience in retail or a similar role is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
