- ملخص الوظيفة
- نبحث عن مدرب أو مدربة مبيعات داخل المحل يتمتع بالدافعية والخبرة للانضمام إلى عائلة ليكمو في المملكة العربية السعودية. يجب أن يكون المتقدم شغوفًا بالمنتجات الفاخرة وخدمة العملاء الاستثنائية. هذا الدور أساسي في تعزيز أداء فريق المبيعات من خلال تقديم تدريبات فعالة، وضمان تفاعلات مميزة مع العملاء، وزيادة الإيرادات داخل المتجر. الوظيفة متاحة للمواطنين السعوديين فقط.
- المهام الوظيفية
- تطوير وتنفيذ برامج تدريب مبيعات مخصصة لمنتجات عطور ليكمو الفاخرة.
- توجيه وإرشاد موظفي المبيعات داخل المتجر لتحسين معرفتهم بالمنتجات ومهاراتهم في خدمة العملاء.
- إجراء سيناريوهات تمثيلية لتحضير الفريق للتعامل مع العملاء في الواقع.
- متابعة وتقييم أداء الموظفين وتقديم ملاحظات عملية لتحسين الأداء.
- التعاون مع الإدارة لضمان توافق التدريب مع معايير العلامة التجارية وأهداف العمل.
- البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات السوق والمنافسين لتعزيز تقنيات المبيعات.
- تمثيل العلامة التجارية كسفير لها وتعزيز قيم ليكمو ومنتجاتها الفاخرة.
- المؤهلات
- الجنسية السعودية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع العطور أو المنتجات الفاخرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تدريب أو توجيه فرق المبيعات.
- مهارات اتصال وعرض وتواصل متميزة.
- القدرة العالية على تحفيز الفريق وإلهامه.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.
- الراتب والمزايا
- راتب: 8,000 ريال سعودي شهريًا.
- عمولة إضافية بناءً على تحقيق الأهداف.
- دوام: 8 ساعات يوميًا.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced In-Store Sales Trainer to join the Lecmo family in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products and exceptional customer service.
This role is essential in enhancing the sales team’s performance by delivering effective training, ensuring outstanding customer interactions, and driving in-store revenue growth.
The position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized sales training programs for Lecmo's luxury perfumes and products.
- Guide and mentor in-store sales staff to improve their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Conduct role-playing scenarios to prepare staff for real-world customer interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to enhance sales techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Lecmo’s values and luxury offerings.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Perfumes or luxury sectors.
- Proven experience in coaching or training sales teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
- and Benefits
- Salary: 7,000 SAR per month.
- Additional commission based on achieving targets.
- Working hours: 8 hours daily.
