We are seeking an organized, business-driven **Store Manager** to oversee the daily operations, sales performance, and team dynamics of our flower shop.
You will be responsible for driving store profitability, managing a team of florist and retail associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a beautifully merchandised showroom.
& Qualifications
- **Experience:** 3+ years of retail store management experience.
Experience
- in a boutique retail, hospitality, luxury goods, or floral/nursery environment is highly preferred.
- **Female** candidates only
- **Arabic** is a must
- **Skills:** Strong proficiency with retail POS systems, inventory tracking software, and MS Office (Excel and Word).
