Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve store targets while maximizing profitability and business growth
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand engagement
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store team members to ensure high levels of productivity and performance
  • Lead and motivate the team to create a positive, customer-focused shopping experience
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and ensure compliance with brand merchandising standards
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure smooth store operations while maintaining company policies, procedures, and operational standards

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in retail store management
  • Previous experience in sportswear, footwear, or fashion retail is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, team management, and sales-driving capabilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.
