Storekeeper role involving ordering, receiving, storing, accounting for, distributing, shipping, and issuing equipment, materials, and supplies.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Organize and control the flow of materials.
- Control the store as a custodial function for materials and supplies.
- Maintain safety and physical control of stored items.
- Support quantity buying through materials and stock control.
- Maintain an inventory of vendors and suppliers.
- Report missing items to suppliers and receive orders.
Experience, education, and training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of related storekeeper experience.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
Pay
- AED 2,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
