Overview
We are a 3D printing retail store.
Our main concept is that customers take photos inside our photobooth, and the image data is then sent back to brand headquarters.
After that, the headquarters produces a personalized 3D printed figure for the customer.
We are also the first store in the UAE to offer this kind of service.
1. Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper equipment functionality, and clear cash flow management.
Track daily sales data, analyze performance, and optimize operational strategies.
Supervise employees to ensure service standards align with brand requirements.
2. Marketing & Promotion
Execute in-store marketing activities to enhance brand exposure.
Manage the store’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content posting and audience engagement.
3. Sales & Customer Service
Responsible for achieving store sales targets.
Greet and assist customers, providing professional 3D printing introductions and experiences.
Handle customer complaints and after-sales services to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Employee Management
Train and evaluate store staff.
Develop work schedules, optimize workforce allocation, and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
1.
Well-presented, female, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
2.
Prior experience in retail sales, technology products, custom gifts, or photography is preferred.
3.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
4.
Proactive, responsible, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset.
Other Requirements
1.
The working hours are 10 hours per day, and employees must adhere to the attendance policy.
Absences, tardiness, early departures, or leave requests must be properly documented.
2.
Personal appearance, work attire, and grooming must comply with company regulations.
3.
Leave requests, including annual and sick leave, must follow company policies.
4.
All company workflows and departmental operational requirements must be strictly followed.
5.
Issues should be reported and resolved in a reasonable and effective manner—extreme measures are strictly prohibited.
6.
Compliance with local labor and safety laws is mandatory; violations of local government regulations are not permitted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
